1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Folder Preview(the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Software on Apple-branded macOS devices that you own or control, solely for personal or professional use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple App Store Product Usage Rules.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of macOS security settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Software, including copyright, trademarks, design, code, graphics, and documentation, are owned by us. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited user license granted in Section 2.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or run completely error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer of Folder Preview be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or files, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, the Software.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
